On November 22, 2019, LBFI conducted its first session of workshop on wheels at Parañaque National High School. The number of students are 150 all are coming from OHSP, Sections A, B, C and D.
The mission of the workshop is to invest on every young people’s potential to become future leaders and problem solvers. Its vision is to be recognized as an institutionalized social movement that fosters love, gender equality, inclusion and better understanding of human needs. Its objective is to strengthen ties with Public and Private Schools in helping the youth overcome the barriers that delay or hinder their emotional, psychological and social growth and development.
The workshop is a non-academic platform that supports PNHS’s learning-centered approach in bringing students closer to their future. Learning takes place in an atmosphere which resembles real life with guided learning principles that require active engagement and participation. No standardized tests nor exams are given; no outdoor activity. At the end of the course, learners/participants are required to execute their group’s culminating activity (project management, talent show or flash mob). The workshop runs for 22 hours. Each participant/learner receives a certificate of transformation.
The topics are all about expressing one's self, importance of sharing cultural background, feelings/moods; signs and symptoms of health problems, learning from every fall and more. These topics helped the students to grow more not just academically but also culturally, emotionally and socially.
Below are the pictures that highlight the session:

The 1st conducted workshop was a success and the students learned a lot from the session.
